Hi, I wanted to file a complaint, one of your staff at the goulburn store is highly rude. She has glasses with shorter brown hair. I went in 3 separate times and each time I was ignored by the same woman! No one else was in store at the time. She needs to learn customer service is the most important thing when in retail. I felt like she couldn't be bothered being there let alone serving a customer in store. I will not shop at this store.
Visited the store for new school shoes. I was assisted by Claire and she was wonderful! Very friendly. Only thing is that I wish there were more joggers and men's shoes in store. The shoes I bought are really good in quality so far.
Went there today, a younger girl with big gold earrings and black hair served me. deserves a raise. she has excellent customer service and was overall just a quick easy experience. thankyou so much!!
Awesome store and fantastic staff, all are very knowledgeable. Every time I go in there I walk out with many pairs of shoes I don’t need! Today I was served by Claire and Josie, both were incredibly friendly. Donna, Claire and the team are a credit to the store.
