I only ever shop for going out shoes at Williams Shoes Gosford. The manager there has been in her position for years and is so helpful as have been her staff in her absence. Personable and know their product. I don’t shop for shoes often as wear a uniform but I recently purchased boots which I’m difficult to not only fit but I’m also fussy on the type of heel. Left the store a very satisfied customer.
Exceptional Customer Service from Cindy and her team. I had an issue with a shoe and it was sorted immediately and Cindy's knowledge on all things shoes, is top-notch. The Gosford store will be my "go to" for shoes in the future.
Outstanding customer service, I can't remember the woman's name but she was super attentive. She knew loads about the shoes too and I've got very wide feet for a man so I didn't expect to find anything here but the sales lady found a couple of great picks and I ended up buying a really nice pair of work shoes that fit perfectly and the price was very good. This place is a bit underrated for what it can offer in my opinion. Give it a go!
