Always a big sign 1/2 price, then get up close and you find you have to purchase two pairs. Woopy do 25% off. Not really a bargain .
The staff were wonderful. The Colorado shoes, for my husband, were faulty. The staff at Lakehaven chased up another pair at Erina and put them on hold. Could not ask for better service
Absolutely rude! Went in today to buy a pair of school shoes. The lady that served us was very un helpful and unprofessional. While we were there another customer older lady came in to question her purchases from the previous day, the lady that served her was a absolutely disgusting you should never speak to anyone like that especially your elder even if they were mistaken. We left with out purchasing anything and went to Mathers where we received exceptionally service.
Outstanding customer service at the Gorokan store. Staff are always welcoming. I have found great bargains there.
