I purchased shoes from Williams about 2 years ago when visiting the area. I was very happy with them i tried again while in the region. Danni the staff member searched the storeroom and found me a replica pair! Asking if they had another pair my size she found them at another store and had them delivered to my home two days later free of delivery charges! It doesn’t get better than that.
Shoe shopping with a smile! This week I looked online to get an idea what was in store and clarify what I was looking for. The website was easy to use and filters helped. When I visited the Erina store on Friday (8th May,) afternoon I was really well looked after by staff member Georgia. Georgia was friendly and professional. She made an effort to locate the sizes for a variety of shoe styles and offered a solution (ordering the shoes in) when what I wanted wasn't available in store in my colour choice. Had my mother in law and my two boys meeding shoes and the sales assistant Brianna was so helpful and polite even though she was run off her feet.
Had the misfortune to be served by Karen. What a miserable person, why do you work in retail?
Thursday night not anyone in store both sales assistance standing at counter chatting to busy to assist tried on my shoes looked over still to busy chatting so left store. Younger sales assist starting walking over as we left!
