Had my mother in law and my two boys meeding shoes and the sales assistant Brianna was so helpful and polite even though she was run off her feet.
Had the misfortune to be served by Karen. What a miserable person, why do you work in retail?
Thursday night not anyone in store both sales assistance standing at counter chatting to busy to assist tried on my shoes looked over still to busy chatting so left store. Younger sales assist starting walking over as we left!
Shop was very busy this afternoon with the rain and last day of sale. I was served by Sienna who despite the busyness was so friendly and efficient. She made her way between the 3-4 people she was severing effortlessly and with a smile! Thank you for such great customer service.
We had a great experience at the Erina store today. The staff were friendly and super efficient. Our grandchildren feet were measured and advice given. Highly recommended.
