Last Saturday, 3 Jan, I was shopping for a pair of comfort slip ons. Violeta attended to me and showed me several pairs. Unfortunately, sizes were limited. She informed me that I can purchased the sandals and have them delivered to my home! What a pleasant surprise! That will save me from hunting or returning to collect. Big shout out to Violeta and her colleagues! Thank for the fantastic customer service!
Picked up a pair of very comfy boots that I love the look of, for a great price. The service was excellent also.
Went in yesterday to get some school shoes for my daughter and we were looked after by Alex. The service we received was above and beyond what we have become used to when shopping these days. Attentive, knowledgeable, caring, thoughtful. We don't think that you could find a better place to buy school shoes and if you're lucky enough to be served by Alex we are sure that like us you will be back again.
