Bought men’s shoes at Carousel but wrong size and only had right size at Ellenbrook. Staff were great and happy to change for right size.
Walked into this immaculate store today, I was greeted with a friendly hello by the young guy working there, Joshua. What an amazing person to meet today. I browsed and when I needed help he was there. We had a great conversation about shoes and the world. I ended up purchasing some Colorado shoes and they are the comfiest shoes I have ever brought.
