Recently took my mum there and we were just amazed by the great service on offer, the friendly lady that served my mum was just so helpful and just a pleasure to be around , and my mum just loves the huge range on footwear on offer and cannot believe they have her size which is a 5 which she has so much trouble finding else where , mum said she will be back again for sure just a pleasant experience all-round.
Terrible customer service. I understand the worker was attending to another customer, so I don’t expect to be served as soon as I walk in but I was never even acknowledged. I waited and waited and waited, didn’t even turn around to me and say “sorry, won’t be a moment” she knew I was there. It actually took for the current customer to ask that she assist me, and her response was one of annoyance. They always hire the roundest staff there...( especially in weekdays). Full of attitude ...hate to answer the questions (queries).
Brought Williams shoes on line how ever due to a change on my part took them back to Craigieburn where the women at the store( sorry did not get her name) help me out heaps even went to the effort of calling another store to check stocks for well knowing she would not get the sale please if you want shoes check out Williams Craigieburn
