Was very shocked with the service this Sunday morning .served my self as the shop assistant did not even acknowledge our existence even after myself and my daughter said hello .still got no response from her. and we purchased 2 pairs of boots. I myself work in Retail and this experience was the worst I have encountered. We even questioned if she was ok.and we got back well it is Sunday.
Lovely assistant went extra mile to find me the supportive boots that I needed! Much appreciated!
