Went into Charlestown Williams Shoes today and the young lady that served us was excellent. Wonderful customer service and did it all with a smile on her face. This young lady obviously loves her job. Thank you.
Terrible customer service! Went to buy a pair of shoes. Attendant didn't even as if she could help me? I had to ask for her to get my size shoe. She brought out the shoes. Didn't even stay to ask how do they feel? Are you happy with them? No small talk! Nothing! She was so very very rude. I tried on shoes, walked around in them, packed them up and took them to the counter. 5 stars for not just being a one off good service but each and every time I go into Williams Charlestown I find the most helpful and wonderful staff. The service this store offers is always on point.
Hopeless, very average phone customer service. Then email you suggesting you buy a size that doesn’t fit you to complete your original order
Went into Charlestown Williams with my daughter who was looking for work shoes .. was served by John , what a knowledgeable efficient man , John’s suggestions where great , ended up with 2 pairs , a valuable asset to Your branch ..
