Friendly personal attention, helpful when what I wanted wasn't in stock by giving me another colour to check the fit then ordering it for delivery to me - in 2 days. I've had this experience twice now.Thank you.
Received outstandingly excellent service from "Ellen" after being completely ignored by "Kody," whom I had asked a simple question about the "second pair half price" offer only for her to continue with her stock processing as though I was both completely invisible and completely inaudible (I repeated the question at least once more - exactly the same response.)
