Went into store when I planned to buy other brands and had amazing customer service by Stephanie. She went above and beyond to ensure I get what I am looking for . She made it all super smooth and I came back with 2 pair of shoes
I received assistance today from Lucy and Crystal, who were absolutely fantastic. I was searching for a particular style work shoe with a wide fit. It’s very hard for me to find the right fit shoes, and they were so helpful and patient throughout the process. While I didn’t find the right shoe for me, they were kind, informative and considerate, and it was by far the best customer service I’ve received shopping in store at any fashion retailer. A big thank you to Lucy and Crystal for their amazing service and help today.
