On Saturday 26th April 25 my husband & I Went to Williams shoes at Carindale as my husband has been looking for a certain pair for quite some time & had been told by previous Williams shoes that they were no longer making the shoes that we were looking for. June who was the sales lady at Carindale that looked after us was amazing she went over & beyond to help us. She did a bit of searching & found the Colorado's we had been looking for. Nothing was a problem to help us. Thanku June for ur wonderful service 🙂
AMAZING Customer Service! By far the best customer service I have encountered I'm retail dealings. All of the team are friendly and helpful and knowledgeable of their products! I don't often leave reviews but felt I should given the outstanding level of customer service. Congratulations team.

After walking in and being 2nd customer in line the girl working there got me the size shoes I needed to try. After that she continued to help other customers who came in after me which would have been fine but once I stood at the counter waiting to pay for the shoes she made me wait for extra 20 min. and when I finally got to purchase the $169 shoes she told me they ran out of bags and that I could go to Woolworths to buy a bag. The staff were excellent, very helpful and knowledgable about their product range. It had an excellent selection of shoes at decent prices.
