I went in to return/exchange a pair of shoes bought online. Was very little in stock. I think I asked to try on about 6 or 7 different styles and there were 2 that had my size (not uncommon size - 37/38). Then whilst trying on my shoes watched the other sales lady berate a poor lady and speak to her like she could not understand English, when it fact it was the sales lady that was not communicating clearly. Long blonde staff member ignored me but greeted other customers. I wanted to buy some shoes but couldn't as she would "run" away.

I bought the shoes on the bottom doesn’t have any stitch looks they have stitch nothing at all and all is open already. I checked them and didn’t change that one. They say is your fault is very best. Service for me. I never go again never ever.
The staff at this store are so lovely. I returned a faulty pair of shoes today that I had bought online and they were so friendly and helpful. They swapped them with a new pair from the store. I would definitely shop here again. Thanks so much for your kindness and understanding.
