Absolutely disgraceful service... actually there was none. I came in at 7:40 and looked at the shoes and tried on 2 pair of silver shoes that were on the 'sale stand'. The assistant was out the back the entire time. As I was about to take the shoe off, she walked out and stood at the computer and didn't acknowledge me at all. As I walked out I said "Have a great evening". And still nothing, not even a "goodbye". I walked by again at 7:53 and the store was closed. Clearly she wanted to get out. I haven’t been to Williams for a long time and I bought these beautiful crystal shoes! I want to give a special shout out to Isabelle!! She was absolutely wonderful and genuine! Thank you so much and that’s exactly how sales should be!
I went in to return/exchange a pair of shoes bought online. Was very little in stock. I think I asked to try on about 6 or 7 different styles and there were 2 that had my size (not uncommon size - 37/38). Then whilst trying on my shoes watched the other sales lady berate a poor lady and speak to her like she could not understand English, when it fact it was the sales lady that was not communicating clearly. Long blonde staff member ignored me but greeted other customers. I wanted to buy some shoes but couldn't as she would "run" away.
