This was a terrible experience. I went with my grandmother helping her look for shoes and we got ignored countless times. We had to ask for service for multiple times and during conversations they would continually walk away without coming back. My grandmother had asked them to tighten it to the last hole ignoring her request and trying to tighten it as tight as possible then walking away again. For the second time i walked out of the store due to the rude service by the young blonde girl. If you are that unhappy dont come to work your costing your employer lots of money
We went in to buy school shoes for our kids at Browns Plains. There was a younger lady there who needs to learn more about customer service and to smile a bit more as we felt she came across rude, she told us we have to buy socks for our kids to try the shoes when the year before that the kids was offered some kind of disposable socks to try the shoes on at Hyperdome, lucky you had a lady called Team Tam that day, as she had better customer service than the younger lady, she asked Tam if it was size 2 and I looked at her in ... read more
Just after the New years, I had intention to purchase a pair of shoes. At the time 5 staff members were present and one staff member assisted me, however neither did she have no patience, nor was she polite, overall, my experience with the two staff members in particular were not positive.
