I was on the hunt for a specific style of shoe for my school play, I decided that i should check williams and it did not disappoint. I was served my Trish and she was the most helpful person in the world. She spent about 20 minutes with me to make sure i had the best experience and got what i needed. In the end she found a pair of shoes that are exactly what i need. Thank You

O.J. was awesome! He gave us space to browse the collection and only approached when we showed interest, offering to help with a try-on. When our size wasn’t available, he kindly called other Williams stores to track it down. Courteous and professional, he emphasized the importance of finding shoes you love that fit perfectly.
