Disappointing experience with Zana at Booval this evening. After purchasing five pairs of shoes between my mother and I at the Mt Ommaney store, we had two pairs put aside in our size to pick up at Booval. While in-store, I continued browsing, I noticed that my shoe boxes were on the counter but mixed in with others on opposite sides of the bench, so I simply placed them together to keep track of them. The lovely you lady Charlotte was looking after an older lady while I was waiting to be served, being an older person myself I was most impressed with the way and time she took to help her and make sure she was ok on her way out of the shop
Excellent Customer service,The Lovely Lady Jen went out of her way to help me with the boots that i had been looking for,such a very kind and considerate staff member,she kept them aside for me for the next day for me to pick up ,if you want excellent customer service I would recommend to go and see Jen and the other lovely Ladies at the Booval Store
Why pay for shoes here when you can get rude staff for free. Opening hours were incorrect online and so to be thoughtful, I thought to inform staff. What I received was a glaring stare and then she decided to lecture me on why it can't be corrected. I may not have expected an apology which would have been nice, but I never expected that.
