A more accurate rating would be half or no star at all. I have bought Williams shoes online and I think I will need to revert to this or avoid Williams altogether. Not because of not finding what I required in the store, but rather being ignored by two female staff on Saturday afternoon, when I walked in. I could attribute their blank, awkward glances at each other and unwillingness to ask me politely if needed any assistance to way I looked...but come on, in this day and age with the information and education available. I had an issue with a pair of Colorado shoes and several calls to Colorado stockists later, the problem was not solved.So back to Williams at Kangaroo Flat Bendigo..hour and half drive and the problem was sorted instantly with zero fuss unlike other closer stores.big thankyou to Jodie.very professional and very efficient.

Very very poor experience. I purchased a pair of expensive boots and within 2 months they were falling apart. I went into the store and they told me there was nothing they could do. I have since tried to contact Williams customer service and can not get a response. Absolutely pathetic. And this is the response I get - not even a willingness to help or resolve the issue.

"The lovely staff lady in the Bendigo store was the only person on duty, with several customers lined up. She was very efficient at measuring our granddaughter for school shoes. The lady was cheery, smiling and full of fun, and the shoes are terrific!
