Attended store on Wednesday with my client, we were seen to by Jodie, what a credit to your store she was accommodating in every way, even taking her own shoe off to compare foot sizes, my client was thrilled with her attentiveness even when the store became busy. Excellent service.

A more accurate rating would be half or no star at all. I have bought Williams shoes online and I think I will need to revert to this or avoid Williams altogether. Not because of not finding what I required in the store, but rather being ignored by two female staff on Saturday afternoon, when I walked in. I could attribute their blank, awkward glances at each other and unwillingness to ask me politely if needed any assistance to way I looked...but come on, in this day and age with the information and education available.
