Lynx shoes are made with PU (polyurethane) leather, not real, genuine leather. I took the shoes to a leather goods business who told me that pair of shoes is not real leather. Shoes made with PU leather, need to be correctly and honestly stated in the product description and specification. It's no good gaslighting me.

Lovely service, the manager knows her stuff. Returned a pair of shoes purchased online as they were the wrong size, she ordered me in the correct size to be delivered to my door, three days later they arrived. Very happy customer.
