I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service, in Buulkham Hills store they have team member Ann who was very nice and assist me this morning and multi customer with a smile and patience, I highly recommend this store
You have an excellent employee in Ann. Serving multiple customers with a smile is not easy but she takes it all in her stride. Whilst I was in store, a customer left upset that she wasn’t tended to immediately even though Ann was trying to assist me at the time. You can’t please everyone but Ann certainly seems to try.
"The team member made a great effort to try to assist as many people as possible, all at the same time (I really feel it would have been better to have another team member there, but perhaps short-staffing is a reflection of our times)” Was very happy with my purchases (both price and comfort)
