Fantastic service.
This was the closest store to us that had the shoes we wanted, but when we got here the security gates were shut when the store was meant to be open. No sign saying they were closed or anything.
Visited this store today at 3.25pm, hoping to purchase some new shoes for my daughter, but the security shutters were closed with a sign saying "be back at 4.15pm". Wandered around the shops then headed to Aldi around 4.10pm (across from Williams) and saw the shop assistant come out of the store, remove the 4.15pm sign and replace it with a "be back in 30 mins" sign. Don't bother shopping here, waste of time!
Had the most amazing customer service by the lovely Carol at Williams Arndale store. This is a wonderful Williams staff member who goes above and beyond. Thank you Carol, accolades to you are well deserved.
