I never really leave reviews but my experience dealing with Alissa Lawrie over the years has been so positive that I felt I wanted to. I've dealt with Alissa on several property purchases/sales. Everything always happens so rapidly in terms of processing contracts, responding to enquiries and moving things forward. The price is always very reasonable. In several cases I have had more complex issues or changes arise in the purchase/sale and there has never been any additional charges outside of their up-front cost disclosure.... read more
Paul and team were referred to us by our friends and from the get go, the team have been exceptional with our purchase. They understood our priorities, read contracts quickly and picked on critical special conditions which helped make necessary decisions. Paul and his team were very clear on what needed to be done for the purchase, provided guidance and helped settle without any issues. We were first home buyers and was recommended by a friend to go with Alyssa. Alyssa was efficient in her communication and explained contracts etc that was easy to understand. Once everything was agreed upon, we were then handed over to Jessica Steadman and this is where it went down hill for us. All over ID documents. Over and over via emails we were told my husband needed to his Au citizenship to qualify for the stamp duty concession. This was incorrect as I could clearly see it on the stamp duty form. If there was a 10 star rating I would give it. In all my experience of buying and selling property over (15+ properties) I have never encountered anyone more genuine and as motivated as Paul. He responded immediately, nothing was ever too much trouble and he supported me wholeheartedly through a pretty difficult experience. Cant recommend more highly.
