Très incompétents, j’aurais aimé l’option 0 étoiles. Il y a un détour à faire pour se rendre chez moi à cause de la reconstruction d’un pont et ils mentionnent qu’ils n’ont aucune façon de se rendre. (Comme si j’étais confinée chez moi….) alors que je leur ai dit à plusieurs reprises comment se rendre. J’ai tenté de voir avec eux si je pouvais aller prendre mon colis à la ville la plus proche et aucun retour. If you have ANY and I mean ANY other options for a carrier, use them. These people lost our package, didn't take the matter seriously till we called a supervisor, didn't apologize for costing us hours of time tracking our shipment. To top things off, the person who received our package at the wrong location had called them back to tell them it was at the wrong location and they did NOTHING about it. Terrible service, start to finish.
