We used this firm for our taxes last year and tried to again this year with no success. We provided this Brad guy with all our information for a simple 1040 return, then had to wait for over a week with no communication from him. Asked basic questions that he wouldn't (or couldn't?) answer. Ignores emails and phone calls. No professionalism here. If you are looking for value-added accounting this is not the place to find it.
