Went in to get some shoes,no acknowledgement from the senior lady.Only got some help when l asked my kids to help me to get the right size which was stacked at the bottom.
Very rude and un helpful try another store
Chantelle was lovely today and helped my mum with sizes for her shoes and mentioned the sale and we got two pairs for her in different colours. Mum was really happy. Lovely service
They falsely advertise their open times. Went to return items on a Thursday night, showed up around 6:55pm and turns out they close at 7pm not 9pm like listed here. Shop was already closed when I arrived before 7pm so it seems their open times are unreliable.
The 1 star rating is for the senior staff member who ignores and doesn't acknowledge customers. I have had the same attitude from the same lady twice in a fortnight.
