If I could out negative stars for this firm I would. This firm set-up my dad's trust and he trusted them but they never informed him when things needed to be updated so in turn we got screwed. Then they turned around and represented his spouse in court even though he was their client. Everything took forever and imo all this firm cares about is billing hours. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM AND DO NOT USE HANNAH!!
The worst law firm as far as dealing with trust and getting things done in a timely manner. Hannah is absolutely the most time waster an procrastinating attorney I have ever had dealings with very unethical an I can't believe they have not had a lot of complaints to the state bar for their conduct as attorneys they have left a permanent scar in my mind after what they did to our fathers trust he set up

Absolutely the WORST law firm, EVER!!! The do NOT know what they are doing and will bill you for it!!! Ed Aurty took my retainer and RAN for months and dodged any calls!!!! I had to retain new counsel and my new attorney was able to get our court procedure done within weeks and along with our amazing GAL!!! One star is too generous!!!
We hired Marjorie Baker to draft affidavits of heirship for a house after the death of a family member. Our initial call was delayed due to health reasons of the attorney and rescheduled. We received the affidavits 6 weeks after they received recorded copies back, and only after following up. I was told the paralegal would have had no reason to check the file, but her invoice included a billing entry for receipt and review of the exact affidavits 6 weeks prior.
