I had a very pleasant experience at the Kawana store this week. Kara (?) was very patient as I tried on my boots, allowing me to insert my regular orthotics and ensuring I had a perfect fit. She was very friendly and didn’t use high pressure sales talk. She made the entire process easy and I am very happy with my purchase.
The staff are fantastic! However their lack of size 11 shoes is annoying. Can never find anything in my size and you can't use their gift cards online to purchase shoes. In this day and age, for such a large company, how can you not use a gift card online?

Great selection of shoes but moreso was the exceptional service from Miranda at Kawana. Not only incredible at her job but such a beautiful soul too…I will remember her and be back soon! X
