Rude and unprofessional conduct by Jennifer. I would give zero stars to this company if possible.
I've been using these guys for years, and it's always a pleasure. The staff is educated, timely, attentive, and professional. Highly, highly recommend Williams Houck & Company.
Called in to find out info on taxes. Was put on a long hold. A Jennifer told me she could not help me even after I was okay with the pay. Extremely rude. Not sure how they have any clients with the way she spoke. They should have someone better representing the company. Because I heard nothing bad about Tom or Rob.
Great accountants. Worked for me for seven years running. Thanks!
They don’t even appreciate and give a small information for new and upcoming clients.
