Poor customer service...as in non-existent Went in to buy a piano lamp.Knew they would have an assortment; including some high end models like I wanted.There were no customers in the retail lighting area, nor were there any in the contractors' area.I saw three employees....and they each saw me.During the fifteen minutes I browsed, no one asked if I needed any help.Five times I walked past the woman behind the counter.She never acknowledged my presence.Bought a $220.00 piano lamp online instead.I've shared my experience with ... read more
