Honestly I don't understand all the negative attention this place gets. I had a debt that went into collections. The lady I spoke to walked me through the process and she was very nice. I was able to pay the debt and they removed it from my credit, and within a few weeks it jumped up 36 points. I genuinely had no issues with them whatsoever
I am a full time student and a new mom, this guy called and was extremely rude. I tried explaining that the collection he was claiming about could submit it to my new insurance and without a second decided that he can tell about my financial situation. Once i told him i did not have the money he rudely told me he would call me in a week and hung up on me.
George Martin was so rude from the second I answered the phone. I genuinely had no idea I had an outstanding debt as I never received a bill. The entire conversation he took every word out of my mouth as a lie. I ended up working out the bill directly with the medical practice just so I wouldn’t have to deal with him. Also on their website it says they try to “help the debtor and improve relations, to not be their adversary” yeah right!!!! Such a lie Edit: the dentist actually ended up owing ME money!!!
