EDIT. I put a complaint in to head office and less than 12 hours later offered me a full refund with free postage. Head office ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Mt Barker shop that accused me of wearing shoes that I quite literally had on my feet for five minutes after they were delivered. They didn't fit. No refund because they were 'worn' and they can't resell them. Unless you're 100% sure don't buy from this business.⭐

Went into Williams Shoes at the Mount Barker branch today. I was served by Abbie and I watched Willow serving as well. Both assistants gave and displayed outstanding Customer Service skills. Look after these two ladies Williams Shoes. Excellent service. Thanks Abbie Sharon
