I can see why this place is closing down! The lady in there didn’t even acknowledge me when I came into the store but greeted the lady who walked in seconds after me. I genuinely wanted to purchase a pair of shoes but felt unwelcomed. I walked into the store again because I thought to myself I should totally get this pair of shoes but this lady actually ignored me again and continued to ignore me. Totally unfriendly!
Today’s experience was excellent- friendly and very helpful - especially found my shoe 👞 straight away - the competent salesperson 👩💼 patiently suggested the right perfect 🤩 sitting pair of shoes- highly recommend
