Awful customer service. Was in the store for a good 15mins with no hello/assistance. Do not recommend.
Very pleased with the service received at Williams. The store had exactly what I wanted and the assistant was very helpful. The store was well set out. Will definitely be going back again
We went to Riverton williams this aftn 12 jan 2024 3.40pm the lady in charge of this shop was very rude and arrogant whatever we asked her to take out our size she said that im busy with the stocks just arrived and we were serious in buying as i also bought from carrousel yesterday but she literally showed her bad attitude and tried to get rid of us at last we had to leave the shop without buying it was embarrasement will take this matter with the management team This staff is not an asset to the company but a liability shou... read more
