Monica did a great job helping me this morning. In fact, all of TD's staff at the Country Hills NE, Calgary branch are always so kind and helpful.
The management team and every single staff member at the TD Hewes Branch consistently provide exceptional service. Their dedication to customer care is evident in their professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to assist at every turn. This review is specifically for the small business section of the High River Branch. If I could give half a star I would. The only reason this review deserves any star is because eventually my mortgage was finalized - albeit late. I have been a client of the High River Branch for over 20 years and have always been incredibly happy with the wonderful staff in that branch, so when I needed to refinance my farm I decided I wanted to use them. I went into the branch on Thursday to enquire about renewing and purchasing GIC's. I was promptly told by the teller (without asking details) that the staff may be busy. He then walked over to a staff who appeared free (Ilhan Ibrahim was the name on the door) she and he chatted and then I was told that I should return on the day it was to be renewed. (mind you the staff had no clue when or I guess interested to know if I needed to purchase more). The staff at this branch are often engaged in personal chats and mind you ther... read more
Be careful when doing business with this bank. I wish I would have recorded my conversations with them. The manager and financial planners are disgraceful
