Had my taxes done here this year. Bill has been in this profession for a long time and actually so were both of his parents if i remember correctly. They staff was very competent, the location convenient, and the process easy to work with! Just what you'd hope from a locally owned, small business. Had such a good experience that I'm considering having them do the work for my LLC filings as well.
Mr Ingram, goes that special mile to take care of all his clients like they were his only client. His knowledge and understanding of the tax laws really are what put me right at ease after our first meeting.
