I came to the States as a child with my parents and my immigration status was left unclear. I never thought or asked about it until a much later and brief trouble with the law triggered a deportation case. Mr. Fleming was very helpful assisting me in all the steps to achieve my citizenship from filing the I-130, obtaining my green card and finally my citizenship. He explained every step and dealt with all the difficulties of my complicated case. He was always very polite, patient and helpful along this confusing process. He let me know from the beginning what it all would cost and what I should expect. I would recommend him strongly. He speaks very well Spanish.

I hired this attorney to help me with some visa status issue. He promised that the whole process will take a month. I paid him for this service in advance. But six months had already passed and no result! It was not a difficult case, but he was not able to deal with it. Finally I lost my patience and hired another attorney who handled everythin in a month.

He took my money, never answered my phone calls, never paid enough attention to the case. it was supposed to take only 2 weeks. it has been 6 months, and the homeland security told me he never applied anyways. i would never recommend him to anyone, he got my money, and never answers my phone calls, i am very honest about this case. and i regret that i hired him i will call the attorney general tomorrow to complain about him, please, if you are a sane person, do not hire him.
