Bill wall seemed like a very thorough PT, though I only had one appointment with Bill, i found it bothersome that he doesn't take any type of credit or debit cards and his office is cash only (it was stated to me that the fees are too expensive). Another issue that there was a big blower in the building's lobby to blow air-conditioned cool air into his facility. This made it very difficult to sit in the wa in the waiting area.
