Ponall is known as "No Call Ponall" because he rarely, if ever, returns calls once he's paid. This joker is a piece of work. I wouldn't trust him to defend a ham sandwich. Don't believe me, just go ahead and hire him, pay him and best of luck to you. He is the epitome of sleeze.
I wish I could put zero stars. I gave him close to 18,000.00 for representation for my Son on an appeal. He has done nothing bit lied and not kept his word. No return calls, hasn't spoken to my Son and constantly cancel scheduled calls to my son in Prison a d to us. My Son has done a lot of research while in prison and has so many points/statutes that can be argued even by a mediocre lawyer. My son has sent him some of these things but he still has done nothing. I believe he paid someone to get him all the good reviews he's got. He is a fraud and does not come through with his promises. He doesn't return phone calls. Has not spoken to his client not once. I will find a way to make him accountable for his lack of representation. I will be looking into the Barr association. I'm filing a complaint against him. I paid him and he’s done nothing
