Scheduled a tour during our home inspection for the house we already had a deposit on. Very strange
My adjoining neighbor used Michelle MacNeil to sell her property. In the process my dogs barked at all the new people seeing the home. She called animal control on my Newfoundland dogs for doing their job! The homeowner told me she called. When I told the ACO I knew who called bc this was very disturbing to us who have lived here for over 9 years to have such an action taken place is very upsetting. Our neighbors love us and the dogs. Last year we needed to sell properties belonging to our 91year mother. We worked with Carol Kleeman. She was masterful in her ability to judge the market and price the properties correctly.
