I have sold their merchandise for years. They offered me no cost no obligation items to try. They sent me Christmas items. Since my store is located in a Jewish neighborhood, the books didn't sell. They refused to take back the items and said they would harass me with calls every week. This company obviously doesn't know how to service their customers. They just lost a customer and after reading the other reviews here I realized that this is their way of doing business. Not very smart!
same as the rest.... sent items we did not order then sent bill, they call about once a week trying to get payment..... to funny! They even mail bills monthly. If you get a package from william randall refuse it! WE actually opened it not realizing the scam. it was a chat pack. total joke. Very deceptive business practices! Sent us A chat pack that we did NOT order and they refuse to take it back! They said they will keep calling until balance is paid for a product we didn't order. Very Unprofessional office staff.
Not even worth one star. Deceptive business practices. Stay away from this company.
