Worst lawyer I have ever seen. By far. My husband had him for a case that dragged on for over FIVE years. This man asked for more and more money, disregarding the fact that he never showed up to several court appearances when he was supposed to be present. Ignored phone calls. My husband was ensured, that he would win this case. An impaired driving charge by a bogus cop with a vendetta against my husband and I was a witness and was in the car for this ridiculous accusation. Mr. Burchell could be a fine lawyer, however I can't say since my voice mails were left unanswered. Perhaps he no longer practices? I wanted to keep my business close to home rather than travel to Sydney.
