I had a truck that was in the shop for many reasons, I loved the truck but going in multiple times for the same concern and having second thoughts about the safety/reliability of the vehicle was unnerving. Gave the local dealers plenty of chances to resolve the issues. Contacted the manufacturer to file a complaint and voice my concerns and they got involved with the dealership, but it still didn't rectify the frequency or severity of issues we were having.
