Very unorganized. Never received item we paid for. Every time I would call there was a different excuse as to why the item hasn’t been mailed to us. Requested a refund and have yet to receive the refund or item we purchased.
Responsive and easy to work with.

LOVE William and Mary! I’ve been using them for several years and Lisa is fabulous! She always goes above and beyond on photos and pennants for my son’s baseball teams! I can’t say enough positive things about her and the company. You rock Lisa and team!!!
