While the photos we received do look great, communication about items missing from our order has been terrible. I first reached out on 3/30 about the 2nd missing item and was told it would be mailed out that week. Forward to 4/14 still not received, again they said it would be mailed out within the week. 5/2 we still hadn’t received the item, 2 days later they said it would be made that day and mailed the next day. 5/21 I emailed again inquiring about a refund for the still missing item and never received a response. These are the worst photos I have ever received. The audacity of calling themselves a photography studio is insulting. They couldn’t even bother to air up the soccer ball. I would give them zero stars if I could.
Did our KYSC soccer team photos and went above and beyond. Organized, fast, friendly with the kids, and the photos came out great. They were even able to provide an extra plaque/photo when I arrived onsite. Thanks!
3/29/2026 was picture day for our baseball kids at Katy American Little League….The grouchy old man photographer who yells at the tee ball players (ages 3-5 years old) when taking Katy American Little League’s players’ pictures is absolutely horrendous. He very obviously hates children & has absolutely no patience with them….He screams at the kids and their parents EVERY YEAR (this has happened before with the same guy, not just this year)…when you get up to the individual photos, they tell you that you can pick your child’s... read more
