Mr. Pomeroy is a very kind and patient lawyer that is really hardworking and will get things done. I would fully trust him again, should I ever need legal counsel.
I am from NC and got a speeding ticket in Tennessee. I saw his advertisement about getting a free consultation and representing me. He answered my call and said it would cost $100. He asked me to send a copy of my citation and pay him. Two weeks passed and I heard nothing. I followed up with him today and he said that he called and left a voicemail with the judge and sent an email and didn't hear anything back so thats it.
