Anyone else having trouble with this guy? I’ve been trying for a month for him to take care of three different years of taxes that have issues. I paid him in full to prepare and file my taxes. I’ve called, emailed, took copies into the office with no results. The receptionist always says he’s out or with a client and will get back to me. Never happens. She is of no help at all. Would never ever recommend him.
Return Phone calls Never Happen.. Communication is poor at best and advice from staff not in conjuction with Maclean...
