Will is a great lender! He finds innovative solutions for each buyer and works very hard on behalf of his clients. He is very communicative and knowledgeable and sends updates consistently. Highly recommend!
These guys were nice, and they got me a mortgage with odd circumstances. However, when they went to sell my loan, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac wouldn't purchase it as my interest rate was too high to fit into federal parameters. Aka my interest rate was too high when compaired to the base line and was considered predatory. They ended up making my rate a point lower and they paid for a second round of closing costs in order to sell my loan.
