I recently took an exam at the Magg Library Testing Center and had a very disappointing experience. Partway through the test, the computer screen froze, preventing me from viewing or answering several questions. As instructed by the two test proctors on duty, one of whom was Katie, I raised my hand repeatedly for assistance. Unfortunately, no one was present in the testing room for the last 40 minutes of my exam, and my issue went completely unaddressed.
