Called multiple times during the week, finally swing by and the place is abandoned. Phone number doesn't work, but their website still shows that the location is operating.

Place is closed. Confirmed my appointment via text but when I showed up for my scheduled haircut, the place had been gutted. No counter, no chairs, no salon.

Walked up for my first appointment, doors locked, no one inside, the place looks like a construction zone. Called them multiple times, only got the answering machine. Never got a text or phone call saying that my appointment was cancelled or rescheduled. Ridiculous..

I was not satisfied with my hair, and when I called the next day to let them know, they said they would have the stylist call me back, it was 3 days later and she told me to wait a wk and use purple shampoo to brighten my blonde, if that didn’t work she would use a toner. I told the stylist when I sat down I do not like ash, yellow or red/orange. My hair is ash. I hate it and decided it’s not worth going back to get it corrected. I will not go back !!!!
