BEWARE!!! William Hassan bait and switch me with his fees. He advertises a low rate while requiring a high retainer and then drains your retainer with excessive unjustified fees. I fired him and he was upset and made contact with the USDOJ's attorney to suggest that I was guilty of wrong doing. I am currently looking into this violation of attorney-client privilege to file suit against him. And he is legally ill prepared to boot. Just shows up to meetings speaking nonsense.
