I contacted the accountant Sara through a family member and It has been a while since she has not responded to me regarding my tax process. I have called multiple times, visited the office in person, and sent emails, but I have simply been ignored I find this to be a complete lack of respect and professionalism. From the beginning, she should have told me she couldn't work on my case. Simple.

Bill and Sarah are both so thorough and helpful! I'm an independent contractor so my taxes are always ridiculously complicated, but I got a refund this year for the first time in 9 years 😭 I feel so blessed to have found them!!
