Quick to ask for retainer. I had to solve my own issue/case but still was charged $240 for an email (not even an hours worth). One would think it should be called a wash since he had no clue about an important Bill which passed relieving me of an immense tax burden. I'm the one who had to do the research and find out the bad news he gave me was irrelevant. When I told him what I found and that I spoken to a CPA.
