Called on this person to deep clean a kitchen in a care home, well I think he needs some training in how clean, he left the cooker in a diabolical state and if it had been used would have possibly lead to illness with our residents and the rest of the kitchen did not look like it had been touched. So please do not use this trader.

If I could rate this company zero stars I would. I hired them for an end of tenancy clean in early August which they said they could fulfill for £250 including carpet cleaning which was very reasonable and they seemed trusting at first. The owner turned up with a hole in his top and his friend who was meant to be a 'professional cleaner' admitted to not being asleep the whole night before. I hired Robert Williams to clean my oven.H e assured me that he was good at these. When he arrived, I was surprised to see that he only had a mop bucket, cloths and materials; other firms have used tanks to soak removable parts in whilst they clean the interior of the oven. He proceeded to scrub away in my sink, scratching the stainless steel and splashing dark brown grease all over the area; I had asked if I should clear the area, but he said it wasn't necessary. I've had a terrible experience with this cleaning service. I requested a end of tenancy clean for my flat and clearly explained what my landlord expected from the clean. Knowing what the expectations were, Robert agreed to this. On the day, my flat was genuinely already in a good state but when I checked after the clean my flat looked almost exactly as it did when I left. Booked in for a student flat clean, was over 4 hours late, and then proceeded to do a lazy job of the clean. We clearly outlined the expectations for the clean and they were not met. He then asked to come back the next day, again was late and turned up at 6pm, and did not clean any better than the previous day. A refund was agreed but its been months and I have not received my money and have been blocked. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
